The Christmas eve flooding our of finished basement and the thought of losing all the materials that were there, including furniture, photo albums, record albums and hundreds of books struck horror into our hearts. You came in and assured us we had called in time and within a few hours calmed our worries and within a few days, everything was salvaged. The loss of the carpeting helped speed the drying process as you assured us it would. We were able to go on with our holiday plans for two parties that were held in that space. It was amazing. I first met Bill Birx at the site of an extensive fire loss with heavy water damage. The homeowner and first restoration contractor had mutually parted ways.
